1. Information we collect
When you complete the automation assessment, we collect the improvement area and challenges you select, your industry or business type, any optional description you provide, your name, and the WhatsApp number or email address you choose to share.
For security and abuse prevention, the website also records the submission time and a one-way hash derived from the request’s IP address. The raw IP address is not intentionally stored in the assessment table.
2. How we use information
To review and respond to your automation request.
To understand the business problem you want to improve.
To protect the assessment from spam, misuse and repeated automated submissions.
To maintain and improve the reliability of the website.
We do not sell personal information submitted through the assessment.
3. How information is stored and protected
Assessment data is stored in a protected database associated with this website. Access is restricted to people or service providers who need it to operate the website or respond to requests.
Reasonable technical measures are used, including encrypted website connections, server-side validation, restricted configuration files, prepared database statements, rate limiting and plain-text input controls. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
4. Service providers
Hosting, infrastructure or communication providers may process limited information while providing services to MyTechPaglu. They receive only the access reasonably necessary for their function and operate under their own legal and security obligations.
5. Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, maintain relevant business records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Information that is no longer required may be deleted or anonymised.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing.
To make a privacy request, open the homepage assessment, choose “Something else,” select “Other” under the challenges, write “Privacy request,” and provide a contact method that allows us to verify and answer the request.
7. Cookies and analytics
This website does not intentionally set advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. The hosting provider may process essential technical logs required for security, delivery and reliability.
8. Children’s privacy
This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children. Please do not submit personal information if you are not legally able to provide it in your location.
9. Policy changes
This policy may be updated when the website, business practices or applicable requirements change. The current revision date will be shown at the top of this page.
10. Broker workspace and essential sessions
The broker workspace uses an essential session cookie to keep you signed in and protect forms. Broker passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Business details, assigned enquiries, contact permission, notes, visits and broker actions are stored for workspace operation. Login protection stores time-limited counters identified by hashed network and broker references. No advertising cookies or third-party analytics are added by this redesign.
